Return and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make your shopping experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please read our Return and Refund policy below to ensure a clear understanding of our processes.

1. Returns Policy:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged or altered after delivery.

Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized products

Clearance or sale items

Items that have been used or washed

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Return an Item:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return along with photos of the product (if applicable).

3. Once your return is approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back to us.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a traceable courier service for returns as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

2. Refund Policy:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the original purchase. If you paid by credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to your card. Refunds to wallets, UPI, or net banking will be processed accordingly.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider. It will take 7-10 days to credit in your bank account.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Time Frame: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to report the issue.

Proof of Damage: Please send clear images of the damaged product and packaging to our customer support team for assessment.

Resolution: We will either replace the damaged/defective item or issue a full refund, depending on availability.

4. Order Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

5. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the product as per the return policy and place a new order for the desired item.For any product that needs to be returned, exchanged or received damaged. We will inspect/check raised by customer. Based on authenticity we will initiate either full refund or replacement.
Replacement will be re-delivered within 10 days of raising the request.
